Merchandise co-ordinator

Staffy Rescue is about to produce some more merchandise to sell to the public online and at events. This is a really important aspect of how we raise funds for the shelter, so we need someone who is organised and can help ensure our products get out there.

 

This role involves

  • The packing and shipping of merchandise orders

  • Keeping track of stock

  • Reviewing merchandise and where we can implement cost efficiencies

 

This job can be done remotely, but you’d need to be in NSW.

Events co-ordinator

Staffy Rescue attends markets, bbqs and events whenever possible to gain exposure, raise awareness and raise funds for the shelter. When we are invited to these events, we need someone to co-ordinate appropriate resources for the event.

 

This role involves

  • Finding out specifics of what’s required at event (cooking, merchandise, volunteers)

  • Reaching out to volunteers to man stall or cook on the day of the event

  • Ensure any merch sales are tracked and details provided back to merchandise co-ordinator

  • Becoming the contact for organisations to contact moving forward

 

This job can be done remotely, but you’d need to be in NSW and ideally someone who can come out to Staffy Rescue for catch ups.

Administration

Staffy Rescue is volunteer run and we need to co-ordinate volunteers, dog appointments and visits from public.

 

This role involves

  • Organising a google calendar and keeping it up to date

  • Helping make appointments for dogs

  • Organsing adoption visits

 

This job can be done remotely, but you’d need to be in NSW.
